Returns Policy

I hope you are happy with your jewellery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 21 days of delivery.

Please note that if the jewellery packaging tag has been removed, your return will not be accepted. Returns are not accepted on personalised and bespoke items, and earrings are not accepted due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault with 6 months of purchase.

Any items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not classed as damaged or as having a manufacturing fault.

We endeavour to ensure that all of the jewellery products on display on the website are as accurate as possible. Please note that viewing colours may differ on your phone, laptop or viewing device.

Also due to the nature of natural gemstones and pearls, there may be natural variance in the colours.
